We have all experienced body odor at some point in our lives – after sweating for particularly vigorous sports activity or for using a certain pair of shoes that always seem to cause smelly feet! Body odor is actually produced by a combination of anaerobic bacteria and products excreted by the body during exercise or periods of rapid metabolism. Poor dietary habits in the long term, can also lead to deficiencies causing occasional constipation – another culprit of bad body odor.
